Description

Quaglino’s in St James’s, is pleased to continue its support of The Royal Horticultural Society’s ‘Grow Your Own Veg’ campaign by announcing its presence with a specially designed demonstration theatre at this year’s Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
‘Quaglino’s Kitchen in association with NS&I’ is a brand new feature at the Show and strengthens its reputation as the place for followers of the ‘grow your own’ trend.

Throughout the week, visitors will be able to attend several cookery demonstrations and talks by Head Chef Craig James and Vernon Mascarenhas of Secretts Farm, showing how to get the most out of home grown produce such as soft fruits, peas and beans, salads and herbs, potatoes and summer vegetables. Visitors will also be able to take away a set of specially produced recipe cards from Quaglino’s.

Craig’s philosophy on food is to use well sourced, local, seasonal and simply prepared ingredients. His menu at Quaglino’s reflects this approach, often showcasing long forgotten varieties of fruit and vegetables; he is also a ‘grow your own veg’ enthusiast.
