Laura says of her work:
As an artist, part of my intention in creating sculpture is to communicate my appreciation of nature, the planet and it’s resources, the challenge being to transform the inanimate raw material of steel into a living, breathing presence.
Graduating with a BA(Hons) Sculpture at Duncan Of Jordanstone School of Art in Dundee in 2003, Laura went on to study painting for 3 years at leith school of Art, Edinburgh
