Dewstow Gardens and Grottoes
Description
The hidden gardens and grottoes of Dewstow are a recently rediscovered network of tunnels and grottoes. Created around the turn of the last century, the Edwardian gardens and grottoes were largely buried just after world war 11 and have been lost until their discovery and subsequent renovation which began in 2001.
The gardens are now open to pre booked tours and through the Summer months for general viewing and are proving very popular with visitors.
We now have a small tea room, WC facilities and the option of guided tours.
We can also offer catering packages for larger numbers at the adjoining golf club which is part of the same business.
We also have excellent coach access close to the main routes into South Wales between both Severn Crossings.
