2. CLIENT MEETING
To introduce ourselves, discuss your tastes and requirements, show you examples of our completed projects, prepare a garden brief and discuss budgets and design fees.

At this stage we would aim to establish your style, your likes and dislikes, in terms of colours, materials and plants, understand how you will use the garden and generally get a feel for the kind of garden that you would like.

3. SITE SURVEY
To determine the precise boundaries, the levels across the garden and the features that are to be retained, for example, trees, outbuildings and ponds.

4. OUTLINE DESIGN
Mood boards and outline drawings would be presented to you along with samples of the proposed materials.

At this stage amendments and revisions to the plans would be made before progressing to the next step.

5. DETAILED DESIGN
Presentation of the detailed design drawing along with a specification for the work, construction drawings and planting plans as required and a cost schedule breaking the work down into sections.

6. CONSTRUCTION & PLANTING
Our landscape division would construct and plant your garden under supervision from the designer.

A comprehensive plant schedule would be compiled for you detailing all the plants used with brief descriptions of each, along with appropriate maintenance advice.

7. GARDEN MANAGEMENT
Our garden management aftercare programmes are tailored to meet your needs and range from either, regular fortnightly visits during the growing season, or twice-yearly visits, once in the spring and once in the autumn, to ensure that your garden establishes well.

Landscape Overview
Whether you are looking to completely transform your garden or just looking to revamp an area in need of an uplift the following landscape services are available either, as part of our one-stop, garden design and build service or, on an individual basis for smaller projects.

For example, you may wish to rejuvenate a neglected border with a new planting scheme, in which case we would offer you planting proposals, including planting plans and concept boards to help you visualise the scheme, before proceeding with the planting.

Alternatively, you may have an established garden where the paths and terraces need relaying or extending, or you require lighting and irrigation to be installed within your garden.

We would prepare a landscape brief for the work followed by an outline design. a specification, and a cost schedule before implementing the work.
