Description

Leith Hill

Woodland, parkland, farmland and open heath with Leith Hill Tower commanding extensive views

The highest point in south-east England, the hill is crowned by an 18th-century Gothic tower, with panoramic views northwards to London and the English Channel to the south. There are colourful displays of rhododendrons and bluebells in May and June. Rugged countryside provides exhilarating walking in woodland and over heathland and farmland
